I have been a resident of Orillia for most of my life. My family relocated here when I was 10 years old, and I love this area!

Orillia is an amazing place to grow up in or retire to, and is the busiest small city I know! When it comes to events/festivals there is something happening nearly every week Spring through Fall and yes, even in the Winter. We are located on two incredible lakes, have one of the best Municipal Marina's on the Trent-Severn Waterway, a paved bike/walking trail from one end of the city to the other and we are a 10-min drive to the ski hills. Who could ask for anything more?

Having lived on the Severn River in Washago and currently enjoying cruising the Trent - Severn waterway from a Marina based on Lake Simcoe, I bring a unique insight into the waterfront market .
As well, having both owned and managed a number of residential apartment units in the "Sunshine City " over the years have subsequently gained a wealth of knowledge in Landlord - Tenant issues and the purchase and sale of such properties.

In 2010, I started volunteering within my profession as a Director on the Orillia and District Real Estate Board and have continued ever since. I enjoy giving back to my profession and in 2018, I finished my second term as President of the Lakelands Association of Realtors. In Spring 2018, I was elected as Northeastern Director on the Ontario Real Estate Association Board and continued for 4 years. Today, I still participate on local and provincial committees.

Giving back to my local community through volunteering and fundraising is also important to me. Spending a number of years as a fundraising committee member with my local Women's Shelter, Trekking to both Machu Picchu and 125 km across rugged Iceland raising funds for them. Director with the Simcoe Muskoka Child and Youth Advocacy Centre and currently sit on the Orillia Library board. I also sponsor various local events and not for profits.
